Thank you for your understanding and consideration regarding my studio policies.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I’m always just a phone call or email away!


8.25% Texas sales tax is applicable on all orders, unless shipped outside of Texas.


Please be prepared to schedule a View and Order appointment at my studio 2 weeks after your session. You will be placing your order at this time, so it is very important that all decision makers are present. 


Printed images are only guaranteed for quality if printed through Martie Hampton Photography.


The $250 deposit is is paid in advance and is non refundable, should you cancel, but it is transferrable to another dateIn the event you wish to amend your booking you need to provide at least 72 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions are subject to the prices current at the time of rescheduling.


I also have the right to reschedule a portrait session due to illness, emergency or inclement weather. In this event, I will honor the prices at the time of booking.


Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. 


No other camera equipment other than the photographer’s is allowed in the photo session.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Booking your session, by submitting your deposit, guarantees my current portrait rates. 




All images remain the property of  Martie Hampton Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited and illegal.


Clients purchasing digital images will receive a print release to reproduce images.
